Two identical private luxury waterfront villas on the island of Efate, only 20 mins drive from the Airport/Port Vila.
Each Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 outdoor showers. Amazing all weather entertaining areas and a large 13 metre infinity swimming pool with swim-on bar, which is shared between the two villas, 2 covered car park.
Crystal clear water with an abundant of untouched amazing marine life for swimming or snorkelling in front of the villa. Set amongst 10,000 m2 of lush tropical manicured gardens. Stunning views and amazing sunsets.
The villas can be rented separately or together.
At the moment only the West villa is for rental.

THE VILLA IS NOT FOR RENTAL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Minimum rental 2 nights and 7 nights between Dec. 15 and Jan. 15 (Christmas/New Year period)
Payment requirements
Deposit at time of booking: 50%
Final Payment 60 days prior to arrival: 50% Damage Deposit is A$500.
