Bank transfer or credit card to confirm the booking must receive a deposit of 25% of total renting fee immediately. Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance of these booking terms & conditions. A 5% service fee applies to all credit card payments. Full payment must be received at least 60 days prior to check-in. Confirmation of Electronic Fund Transfers is to be emailed directly to 'PAUA Management and Consultants' (email@example.com). A reservation will not be secured until full payment conditions have been met.
• A 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made 59 days or less prior to arrival.
• Cancellations through acts of god or incremental weather shall be offered stays at at an alternate date at no further charge.
No refunds can be made on any unused portion of the accommodation booked, nor can components be substituted for alternative arrangements once the occupation has commenced, other than extenuating circumstances at PAUA Property Management's discretion. We recommend travel insurance to cover such events.
A credit card authorisation (pre-authorisation) or imprint will be required at time of check in and may be used to cover incidental items and any breakages or damage incurred during your stay. We pre-authorise all credit cards upon arrival. Please note this process validates the presented credit card, and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents. We may pre-authorise a credit card for any damages we determine that the guest have done during their stay, The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 14 days. Where a credit card is not available a minimum VT 50,000 cash deposit will be required.
It is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance prior to the commencement of your holiday, covering loss of deposit, medical, baggage, airline cancellation fees etc.
Check in & Check out
Check in and out are generally flexible according to flight arrival times except on days when check in and out occurs same day. Those times check in is at 3 pm and check out at 10 am. PAUA Management and Consultants does not accept any responsibility for guest’s personal property and belongings left unattended on the premises. If a guest/occupant behaves in an unacceptable or aggressive manner to PAUA staff, or is suspected of carrying out illegal acts on the premises, that guest/occupant will be asked to leave and the appropriate authorities will be notified. All monies paid will be forfeited.
We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory, However PAUA Management and Consultants does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any act, commission or circumstance due to an event beyond its control which could not have been avoided including war, declared or undeclared, revolution or action taken by public enemies, riots or civil disturbance, strikes, lock outs or work stoppages, affecting all or part of the resort, staff; acts of God, fire, floods, storms, constraints imposed by any government or public authority; the destination is closed or under travel advisory; or any other cause that is reasonably beyond the control of PAUA Management and Consultants.
