The Court House in Mele Bay is conveniently located 15 minutes to the International airport and Port Vila town and only minutes from the myriad of activities and dining options in the Mele area. Nearby activities include: the Port Vila Golf & Country Club, Mele Cascades, The Zip-line, Hideaway island, Wet & Wild, The Beach Bar, Kandy's K2 Kitchen.

The beach-house comfortably sleeps four couples and 3 children and has an open feel. The inside living area gives way to a covered verandah area with a banquet table and views across to the beach, pool and garden.
There is a barbecue hut adjacent to the pool, excellent for cooking with outdoor dining options either under the stars near the pool or under cover of the large front verandah of the house.
The house is serviced daily by the housekeeper, Lydia, and the gardener looks after the grounds and tennis court.

RATES
The rate for the Court House for 10 guests per night is:

​
Additional $50 per extra guest per night, up to 12 guests.

Minimum rental 2 nights, 7 nights during Christmas period.

Payment requirements
Deposit at time of booking: 50%
Final Payment 60 days prior to arrival: 50%
Damage Deposit is A$500.

Cancellations
-
50% refund of the total if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in;
-
No refunds will be made for cancellations made 59 days or less prior to arrival;
-
Cancellations through acts of god or incremental weather shall be offered stays at at an alternate date at no further charge.
