RATES
The rate for Villa Tropical Haven per night is:
A$450
Additional $50 per extra guest per night.
Minimum rental 2 nights and 7 nights between Dec. 15 and Jan. 15 (Christmas/New Year period)
Payment requirements
Deposit at time of booking: 50%
Final Payment 60 days prior to arrival: 50%
Damage Deposit is A$500.
Cancellations

50% refund of the total if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in;

No refunds will be made for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival;
-
Cancellations through acts of god or incremental weather shall be offered stays at at an alternate date at no further charge.
