The Beach House is a comfortable 4 bedrooms home situated on Teouma Bay on Efate. Located about 3 km after the turn off from the main road, the property is a delightful and private spot on the water with landscaped gardens and beautiful views across Teouma Bay.
You can snorkel along the coral heads right on your doorstep. There are 2 kayaks available at the house to explore the bay.
More wonderful activities and sights are not too far away including scuba diving, game fishing, golf, eco-tours, kayaking and horse riding. Rent a car or private driver and take a tour around the island or charter the helicopter. Or take a leisurely trip to town to see Port Vila’s colorful markets and do a little souvenir shopping. We can organize airport pick up and private transport with our driver for tours and trips on Efate.
You can easily tour the east coast of Efate from this point. A 10 minutes drive brings you to Turtle Bay, where you can snorkel with the turtles and only a bit further is The blue Lagoon, where you can swim in a deep blue water hole and jump like Tarzan from a vine into the water.
A trip back to town from the house for supplies is only a 15 min drive. There are two good restaurants both a little further out along the road at the waterfront, ‘Ripples on the bay’ and ‘Tamanu on the beach’ at Whitesands.
The Teouma Prawn farm is just 5 minutes away where you can buy freshly fished prawns or even have them delivered to your beach house.

RATES
The rate for Villa Teouma Bay per night is:
A$385 = VT 31,000
Additional $50 per extra guest per night.
Minimum stay 2 nights.
Minimum stay during the Christmas/New Year period from December 15 to January 15 is 3 nights.
Payment requirements
Deposit at time of booking: 50%
Final Payment 60 days prior to arrival: 50%
Damage Deposit is A$500.
Cancellations

50% refund of the total if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in;
-
No refunds will be made for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival;
-
Cancellations through acts of god or incremental weather shall be offered stays at at an alternate date at no further charge.
