This internationally acclaimed house sets the benchmark for architecture in Vanuatu. Designed by Peter Stutchbury, one of Australia’s most awarded architects, it is built on the ocean shores of Teouma Bay, just fifteen minutes drive from downtown Port Vila.
This luxury Vanuatu holiday home is blessed with fantastic snorkelling and swimming immediately in front of the property, along the pristine reef where tropical fish are in abundance and full of amazing coral formations.
The secluded bay is sheltered for swimming and perfect for children and adults taking those long refreshing ocean dips.
VILLA FEATURES
Located on the shores of Teouma Bay, just 25 minutes from the international airport and 15 minutes from downtown Port Vila.
At our beautiful self-catering accommodation you'll feel like you've escaped civilisation completely, yet you're so close to the shopping and gourmet delights of Port Vila.
The Reef House has three full bathrooms, one with a sunken-in bath and two outdoor showers - perfect for rinsing off after a long swim in the warm waters of Teouma Bay.

Bedroom 2 - one queen-sized bed
Bedroom 3 - two single beds
Bedroom 4 - one queen-sized bed
Bedroom 5 - two queen beds
To ensure you have everything you need during your vacation in Vanuatu, you'll also have access to the following facilities:
• A fully fenced wet edged pool (child friendly);
• Full modern kitchen with large gas oven/hob, double dishwasher, espresso machine, double door fridge-freezer, water cooler. There is also an external galley kitchen for outdoor functions and meals.
• A large lounge with satellite TV on a 50" flat screen with DVD player, extensive DVD collection, and book library;
• Snorkel gear, fishing rods, kayak, badminton and petanque sets;
• Entertainment and barbecue area;
• Double car garage;
• Internet with WiFi;
• Full laundry facilities;
• Fully furnished with all linen and towels;
• Domestic staff on-site 5 days and a half per week for daily servicing;
• Landing area for helicopter;
• You'll find iPod docks located throughout the home.

RATES
The rate for the Reef House for 8 guests per night is:
A$675
Additional $50 per extra guest per night, up to 12 guests.
Minimum rental 3 nights
Payment requirements
Deposit at time of booking: 50%
Final Payment 60 days prior to arrival: 50%
Damage Deposit is A$500.
Cancellations

50% refund of the total if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in;

No refunds will be made for cancellations made 59 days or less prior to arrival;

Cancellations through acts of god or incremental weather shall be offered stays at at an alternate date at no further charge.
